We bought our first house with friends and family in 2004. We have had great success, renting it out, and our dream is to continue to do so. Every year we make improvements to make our guests stay, a memorable one. We are looking for renters that will take care of our home as if it were their own, and hopefully, build a long-term relationship as you return to this, ‘Home away from Home.’

Our primary goal, for this house, was to create a place for us to come and stay, for our annual golf trip, but, it has become so much more than that. I look forward to speaking with you about this house, as you make memories of your own, here, too.

Our properties are spacious and very clean. We hire our own private cleaner, as we let them know how important it is for the house to be spotless. Our close distance to the beach and the Surfside Pier, make us a unique home that fits everyone’s budget. You are 100 steps from the beach, and 175 steps to the pier. And to add to the fun, we also have a Beach Deluxe Golf Cart package, available for rent, on a weekly basis.
